About

Dr. Andrew Culp co-founded the Middleton, WI company in late 2020 alongside Sal Braico and Pete Johnson. The practice launched services across the greater Madison metro on June 1, 2021. It has since expanded to Milwaukee, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac.
Pivotal Health runs on a technology-enabled platform built for convenience and price transparency. Members schedule visits through a mobile app on iOS or Android, or by calling the practice directly. Clinicians deliver urgent care, primary care, and mental health services seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Direct Care membership includes 30-plus complimentary lab tests and post-visit follow-up at no extra charge. The practice also offers advanced cancer screening using the Galleri® Multi-Cancer Early Detection test, which detects signals for 50 types of cancers from a single blood draw. Pivotal Health holds Medicare certification and earns consistent five-star ratings on Google Reviews.
