At Integrative Pulmonary Clinic, Dr. Amen Sergew delivers advanced pulmonary care through a whole-person lens. She built the Denver practice around six pillars of health: body, mind, spirit, social connections, nutrition, and sleep. Her clinical philosophy is simple and deliberate: treat root causes, not just symptoms.
Dr. Sergew spent more than a decade at National Jewish Health in academic medicine. There she established the Chronic Respiratory Failure Program and co-directed an ALS Clinic. She brought those lessons to IPC, pairing evidence-based pulmonary medicine with validated integrative therapies. These include breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness, and nutrition coaching. Appointments run 90 minutes. Members reach Dr. Sergew by phone or secure message during office hours and after hours when clinically appropriate. Beginning May 2026, IPC expanded to Boulder through a collaboration with Helios Integrated Medicine.
