The standard individual membership costs $140 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $55 applies. B2 Direct Care also offers a couples tier at $220 per month, a family tier at $300 per month for two adults and two children, and a Rural Colorado telemedicine tier at $75 per month. All memberships run month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

B2 Direct Care does not bill insurance for membership fees or physician services. The practice also does not accept Medicare or Colorado Medicaid. Members still use their insurance for labs, imaging, specialists, and hospital care. DPC memberships qualify as HSA-eligible expenses as of 2026.

B2 Direct Care caps its panel at 150 members. Dr. Bost maintains this limit intentionally to preserve direct access and meaningful time with each patient.

Yes, for active members located within 10 miles of the Colorado State Capitol. Home visits carry a per-visit fee of $75. A mileage surcharge of $25 per 10 miles applies for visits beyond the standard service radius. Home visits are not guaranteed and depend on clinical appropriateness and physician availability.

B2 Direct Care passes wholesale lab pricing directly to members. Lab costs often run 80 to 90 percent below retail rates. A blood panel that costs $200 at retail may cost as little as $15 through B2. Dr. Bost also provides cash-pay imaging guidance to help members find the most cost-effective options.

B2 Direct Care launches its Hospital-to-Home program in Fall 2026. The program focuses on the 30-day period following a hospital discharge, a window where patients frequently face medication changes, specialist follow-ups, and unanswered questions. Dr. Bost actively manages this transition period for enrolled members.

New members start with a free 15-minute introductory call with Dr. Bost. Submit a request through the B2 Direct Care website and Dr. Bost responds personally within one business day. There is no instant signup; every membership begins with a direct conversation.

Yes. B2 Direct Care is not a replacement for health insurance. Dr. Bost recommends that all members maintain coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist care, imaging, and procedures. The membership works best alongside a health insurance plan, including high-deductible plans paired with an HSA.
