He trained as a hospitalist and spent more than fifteen years practicing across Colorado, Montana, and internationally. His global clinical work took him to Haiti, Kenya, Cambodia, Jordan, and South Africa. He served in Medical Director roles at both Kaiser Permanente and AmeriHealth before founding B2 Direct Care.
Dr. Bost is passionate about hospital-to-home transitions, medication reconciliation, and complex care coordination.
