At Well Woven, Dr. Catherine Lok delivers direct primary care on the town line between Weaverville and Asheville, NC. She founded the practice in 2023, originally under the name RiverRock Clinic. In October 2024, Hurricane Helene destroyed the original location. Dr. Lok relocated and rebuilt. Beginning in April 2026, the practice formally renamed to Well Woven. The name reflects the practice's belief that good health care weaves together every dimension of a person's life.

Dr. Lok practices conventional medicine with an integrative lens, prioritizing food, movement, and supplements before medications when appropriate. T. Still University, one of the nation's founding osteopathic medical schools. Well Woven serves patients of all ages and explicitly welcomes complex, hard-to-place cases including sarcoidosis, amyloidosis, liver cirrhosis, and insulin-dependent diabetes. The practice offers LGBTQ+ affirming care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, Suboxone maintenance, and stirrup-free pap smears. Dr. Lok holds recognition as a 2025 Castle Connolly Rising Top Doctor.
