Well Woven charges $100 per month or $1,000 per year. The membership covers all medical appointment fees. Labs and procedures bill separately; the practice submits those to your insurance or offers discounted rates through third-party partners. A six-month minimum commitment applies. Memberships qualify for HSA and FSA spending.

Well Woven does not accept insurance for the membership fee. Most patients carry their own insurance or health share plan alongside their membership. The practice bills labs and procedures to insurance on your behalf or runs them through RUPA, a discounted non-insurance lab network, when that saves you money.

Well Woven starts every potential membership with a free 30-minute meet-and-greet, available in person or by video. The visit lets you and Dr. Lok decide whether the practice is a good fit. No pressure or obligation applies.

Well Woven offers same-day or next-day appointments for acute issues when slots are available. As of mid-2026, the practice books roughly two days out. m. m.

Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes. Dr. Lok schedules a 15-minute buffer between patients for privacy. That structure allows her to give each visit the time and attention it needs.

Yes. m. m. Telehealth works for follow-up care, medication management, mental health check-ins, and many acute concerns that do not require an in-person exam.

Yes. Phlebotomist Amber Hannah, LPN, comes to the clinic on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings to draw blood. She specializes in mobile phlebotomy and works well with patients who have needle phobia or difficult veins. The practice also runs urine dipstick, A1c, strep, mono, RSV, COVID, and flu tests in-office.

Yes. Dr. Lok actively welcomes patients with complex and hard-to-manage conditions. She treats sarcoidosis, amyloidosis, liver cirrhosis, heart failure, AFib, insulin-dependent diabetes, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, migraines with aura, and many other conditions that primary care offices often refer out immediately.
