Ashewell operates an in-house wholesale pharmacy and dispenses medications at cost with no markup. Members pay up to 95% less than typical retail pharmacy prices. The practice also mails a 90-day supply of medications directly to patients.

Ashewell negotiates lab and imaging pricing directly on behalf of members. A full panel of labs runs approximately $75. X-rays cost $30 to $50, CT scans $200 to $400, and MRIs $400 to $600. The practice adds no markup to any of these services.

Yes. Ashewell's behavioral health team includes an in-house licensed clinical social worker and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. The practice follows a collaborative care model and offers individual therapy and group therapy options. These mental health services are exclusive to Ashewell members.

MEND Health is Ashewell's wellness program for midlife patients. Dr. Ananda Vieages leads the program alongside nutrition and fitness expert Amber Beane. It includes personalized hormone replacement therapy, weight management support with GLP-1 medications when appropriate, a Styku 3D body scanner, and nutrition and fitness coaching. Additional fees may apply for some services within the program.
