Sovereign Direct Primary Care currently offers an early adopter DPC rate of $39 per month for adults ages 18 to 64. This rate requires a $117 non-refundable registration and comprehensive first visit fee. A $99 per month all-in-one plan covers medical weight loss management plus core primary care and requires a $99 registration fee. Medicare patients pay no subscription fee; Dr. Youga bills standard Medicare Part B.

The core $39 per month membership covers primary care services including preventive care, chronic condition management, acute and urgent care visits, diet and exercise counseling, mental health diagnosis and management, telehealth, in-office medication dispensing, and specialist referrals. Members pay no co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance for DPC services. The only additional charges come from optional services such as wholesale in-office medications.

The DPC subscription operates outside of insurance billing. Sovereign Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance for DPC membership services, which means no co-pays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills. Members should keep insurance for hospitalizations and specialist care. The practice partners with labs and imaging centers to offer deeply discounted cash-pay rates for members.

Sovereign Direct Primary Care offers same-day and next-day appointments. Visits typically run 30 to 60 minutes. Members can also connect with Dr. Youga by phone, text, email, or video visit, including after-hours contact by text or phone.

Yes. Dr. Youga provides video visits, phone calls, text, and email consultations. Members with an internet connection can connect from anywhere, including while traveling or working outside the Columbus area.

The all-in-one medical weight loss plan costs $99 per month and includes prescription management for weight loss medications alongside full primary care services. Dr. Youga manages GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound. The plan does not cover the cost of the medications themselves. Monthly check-ins, body composition tracking, and nutrition and exercise counseling are all part of the program.

Yes. Dr. Youga accepts new Medicare patients and bills standard Medicare Part B with no subscription fee. Standard Medicare co-pay and deductible rules apply. The practice does not participate with Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid, or HMO or managed care plans.
