Front Porch Direct Primary Care

Front Porch Direct Primary Care offers three membership tiers. An Individual Membership costs $125 per month and is open to all ages. A Pair Membership costs $225 per month for two members of the same family or a long-term partnered couple. A Family Membership costs $300 per month and covers up to two parents and their children ages 0 to 25.

Membership covers unlimited visits with Dr. Kessler, including same-day and next-day appointments, telehealth and phone visits, in-office procedures, medication management, prescription refills, and basic in-office testing. Members also receive deeply discounted lab and imaging rates and direct phone and text access to Dr. Kessler.

Front Porch Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers all care with Dr. Kessler. For labs and imaging, members can choose to pay a discounted cash-pay rate or use a traditional requisition form billed through their insurance.

Yes. As of January 1, 2026, members can use HSA funds to pay for their Front Porch Direct Primary Care membership. Members can also submit their monthly receipts to their health insurance company to apply the cost toward their deductible.

A membership with Front Porch Direct Primary Care is not insurance. The practice strongly recommends that members maintain some form of financial coverage for severe medical emergencies, such as traditional insurance or a health share plan. That said, Dr. Kessler welcomes patients even if they do not carry insurance.

The practice does not currently accept Medicare patients. Dr. Kessler offers a waitlist for Medicare patients who want to join when that changes. Interested patients can sign up through the practice website.

Appointments run between 30 and 60 minutes. That time allows Dr. Kessler to address multiple concerns, ask follow-up questions, and discuss nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle alongside any acute or chronic health issues.

Yes. Front Porch Direct Primary Care offers same-day appointments for urgent sick visits. Members self-schedule follow-up and urgent visits directly without going through a referral process.

Yes. Dr. Kessler offers telehealth and phone visits for members who cannot come into the office. Members can also reach her directly by phone or text for questions between appointments.

A Pair Membership covers two members of the same family or a long-term partnered couple of any age. A Family Membership covers up to two parents and their children ages 0 to 25. Families with blended arrangements can reach out to Dr. Kessler directly to discuss eligibility.
