Life Cycle Direct Primary Care

Adults between 25 and 59 pay $85 per month. Children ages 0 to 18 pay $35 per month, and seniors 60 and older pay $120 per month. Young adults ages 19 to 24 pay $35 per month with verification of active college enrollment. Life Cycle DPC also charges a one-time enrollment fee of $100 per family for up to two adults and unlimited children enrolled at the same time.

Your primary care membership covers comprehensive family medicine visits, preventive care, annual wellness exams, mental health support, prenatal care, and Medication Assisted Treatment of Addiction (MATA). Members also receive access to in-house lab and pharmacy services. The practice provides at-cost labs, imaging, and generic medications to keep out-of-pocket costs low.

Yes. Members can contact their doctor by phone, text, or email for after-hours guidance. The practice also schedules after-hours visits for established patients with practice approval. Telemedicine visits are available for added convenience.

Life Cycle DPC does not bill insurance for membership fees, and membership does not constitute insurance. The practice accepts HSA and FSA payments for membership. The practice recommends that uninsured patients carry at minimum a catastrophic coverage plan.

You can start enrollment directly through the Life Cycle DPC website. First-time family enrollment carries a $100 fee, which covers up to two adults and unlimited children enrolled simultaneously. Each additional adult beyond two incurs a $50 fee. If you previously held a membership and wish to return, the practice allows one re-enrollment for a $200 family fee.

Yes. Prenatal care comes included with a primary care membership at no additional charge for members. The prenatal package includes a dating ultrasound, antepartum surveillance, and a postpartum follow-up visit. For non-members, prenatal care is available for $220 per month.

Yes. Life Cycle DPC offers Medication Assisted Treatment of Addiction (MATA), covering opiate use disorder, alcohol use disorder, smoking cessation, and marijuana abuse treatment. This service is included in a primary care membership. Non-members can access MATA for $80 per month in virtual or in-person format.

Yes. Life Cycle DPC welcomes all patients regardless of race, socioeconomic status, gender, ethnicity, religion, or background. The practice offers interpretation services for non-English speaking patients and places no barriers on care based on citizenship status.
