Momentum Direct Primary Care

Membership at Momentum Direct Primary Care starts at $85 per month for adults 26 and older. Adults ages 18 to 25 pay $65 per month. A member-plus-spouse or member-plus-child plan runs $150 per month. A full family plan costs $200 per month. The practice charges no enrollment fee for new members, and a three-month minimum commitment applies.

Membership covers all primary care visits with no per-visit fees. Dr. Beeley includes annual physicals, acute sick visits, chronic disease management, mental health care, women's and men's health, well child and sports physicals, EKGs, pulmonary function testing, in-house lab tests, and osteopathic manipulative therapy when appropriate. Members also receive access to medications dispensed at wholesale pricing and steeply discounted labs and imaging.

Yes. As of 2025 legislation, members may use HSA funds to pay Momentum DPC membership fees. Contact the practice if you have questions about payment options.

Members reach Dr. Beeley directly by phone, text, email, or video. He answers the phone personally. There is no answering service or on-call intermediary between you and your physician.

Momentum DPC does not bill insurance. The flat monthly membership fee covers your primary care. The practice recommends that members carry a separate high-deductible plan for emergencies, specialty care, and hospitalizations.

Yes. Dr. Beeley offers both telemedicine visits and house calls for members. These options give patients flexibility when an in-office visit is not practical.

Typical appointments run 45 minutes. Dr. Beeley keeps his panel intentionally small so visits stay unhurried and patients rarely wait. Appointments cover whatever the patient needs without feeling rushed.

The practice does not currently stock or administer vaccines. As a purposefully small clinic, buying and storing limited-use vaccine products is not cost-effective. Dr. Beeley respects parental rights in vaccination decisions and can discuss options with members.

The practice does not currently accept Medicare patients, though Dr. Beeley plans to offer Medicare enrollment in the future. Prospective patients on Medicare should contact the practice directly for the most current information.
