Jensen Family Health

Adult memberships run $100 per month for ages 19 to 59 and $120 per month for ages 60 to 99. Children enrolled with a parent start at $45 per month, with lower rates for larger families. Students and trainees pay $45 per month with proof of enrollment. Jensen Family Health charges a one-time $100 enrollment fee per family at the initial visit.

The monthly membership covers primary care services with Dr. Jensen. Members receive same-day and next-day appointments, direct physician access by phone, text, and email, telehealth visits, in-office medication dispensing at near-wholesale prices, and access to negotiated cash-pay lab rates. Labs and prescription costs are billed separately but remain transparent and discussed before any orders are placed.

Jensen Family Health does not bill insurance and does not provide super bills. Patients can still use their health insurance for labs and prescriptions when that yields a better price. HSA cards are accepted for membership fees. Insurance continues to cover hospitalizations, surgeries, and specialist visits outside the practice.

Yes. Dr. Jensen conducts virtual visits for both routine and urgent concerns. Members schedule telehealth appointments with the same same-day and next-day availability as in-person visits.

Jensen Family Health serves patients of all ages, from newborns through grandparents. The practice provides well-child exams, pediatric sick visits, adult primary care, prenatal and maternity care, and older adult care including menopause management.

Yes. Jensen Family Health accepts HSA cards for membership payments. This makes the monthly membership accessible to patients who set aside pre-tax health savings funds.

No. Federal regulations prevent the practice from accepting Medicare-covered patients at this time.

The practice dispenses medications directly from the office at near-wholesale prices, often lower than retail pharmacy rates. For labs, Dr. Jensen negotiates cash-pay rates to keep costs low.
