Your Private MD offers two membership tiers. The Silver Membership starts at $89 per month for patients aged 30 to 64 and uses an a la carte structure, so you pay separately for office visits and physicals. The Gold Membership bundles all office visits, a complete annual physical, and flu shots into the retainer fee. Both tiers offer annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly payment options.

The Silver Membership carries a lower retainer and charges separately for each visit. An annual physical runs $100, a complex visit costs $50, and a routine visit costs $25. The Gold Membership covers all office visits, a complete physical, and flu shots under the retainer, so most patients pay nothing additional at the time of service. Patients who visit the doctor frequently often find the Gold plan more cost-effective.
