The fee covers virtually unlimited physician access by phone, email, and MyChart, same-day or next-day appointments, extended visits, in-office procedures, and the full spectrum of primary care services. It does not cover medications, lab fees, imaging, or outside medical supplies.

Yes. Seattle Premier Health provides 24/7 after-hours phone access to your physician. Your doctor has your complete electronic medical record available during those calls. Members also communicate with their physician through secure email and the MyChart patient portal at any time.

Absolutely. Seattle Premier Health cares for adults across a full range of health concerns. The practice actively manages chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, and high cholesterol. Preventive care and proactive health management are central priorities alongside ongoing disease management.

No. Seattle Premier Health does not accept insurance for the monthly membership fee. However, the practice does bill insurance for lab services processed through LabCorp. Imaging studies such as X-rays, MRIs, and mammograms also get billed to insurance when referred out.

Seattle Premier Health places no limit on the number of visits or the length of visits. The membership fee covers all primary care appointments included in the program. Visits run longer by design so your physician can address your concerns thoroughly without rushing.

Dr. Anthony Barnett and Dr. Oana Marcu currently accept new patients. The panels of Dr. Karen James and Dr. Mark Lacambra are closed. When a panel reaches capacity, the practice maintains a waitlist for prospective patients who want to join a specific physician.

Seattle Premier Health serves adults only. All patients must be 18 years of age or older to join the practice.

Seattle Premier Health physicians perform a range of procedures on-site. These include Pap smears, skin biopsies, laceration repair, and vaccine administration. Procedures requiring outside resources, such as imaging and casting, get referred to appropriate specialists with full coordination support from the practice.

Seattle Premier Health coordinates specialist referrals and hospital care directly on behalf of members. The practice partners with Swedish Medical Center for hospital care coordination. When a referral becomes necessary, your physician provides advocacy and guidance to help you find the right specialist and navigate the process.

Yes. Members may cancel their patient agreement at any time and for any reason. Seattle Premier Health requires written notice to process a cancellation. After receiving that notice, the practice closes the billing account the following month.
