Kosmos Medical Group offers two membership tiers. Premium Care costs $575 per month or $6,900 annually. Optimal Care costs $1,250 per month or $15,000 annually. Children of members between ages 15 and 29 can join for $200 per month each. Kosmos does not bill insurance or Medicare for primary care services.

Premium Care includes 24/7 direct physician access by phone, text, or email, same-day or next-day appointments, unlimited primary care visits, an annual comprehensive health assessment with 50-plus biomarkers, house calls within ten miles of the clinic, on-site x-ray, ECG, spirometry, in-clinic medications, a travel medication kit, specialist referral coordination, hospital care coordination, and global air medical transport through MedjetAssist.

Optimal Care includes everything in Premium Care and adds a suite of advanced preventive diagnostics. Those include annual whole-body MRI, multi-cancer early detection screening, and coronary CT angiography with AI analysis. Members also receive VO2 Max testing twice yearly, continuous glucose monitoring twice yearly, DEXA body composition scans twice yearly, and genetic testing every three years, along with advanced cardiovascular, lipid, and metabolic testing.

Each of the three Kosmos physicians limits their panel to 100 families. That keeps appointments thorough, access direct, and the physician-patient relationship genuinely personal.

Yes. Kosmos members reach their own physician directly by phone, text, or email around the clock. You speak with your physician every time, not a nurse line or on-call service.

Yes. Kosmos physicians make in-home visits within ten miles of the clinic. The practice also offers telemedicine for situations that do not require an in-person visit. Both options give members flexible access without disrupting their schedule.

Yes. Kosmos builds memberships for multiple generations. Children of members between ages 15 and 29 can join for $200 per month. The practice regularly serves high schoolers through retirees within the same family, often with the same physician across decades.

Most prospective members begin with a 30-minute introductory call with Dr. Dodd. He conducts these calls personally. The conversation covers your health priorities and whether Kosmos is a genuine fit. There is no obligation to enroll after the call.

Kosmos does not bill insurance or Medicare for primary care services. Members pay a direct membership fee. Many members carry insurance for specialist care, hospitalizations, and services outside the practice's scope.
