The practice has a transparent annual fee for care. For gynecological (non-pregnant) care, the fee is $3,000 per year. For obstetrical (pregnancy) care, the fee is $12,000. This fee covers all of Dr. Foltz's professional services for the year. The practice requires members to pay the fee in full by check or credit card before scheduling their first appointment.

Seattle Concierge OB/Gyn operates out-of-network with all commercial insurance plans. Patients receive a Super Bill after their visit to submit for any available out-of-network reimbursement. The practice accepts HSA and FSA cards for the annual fee. You will still use your regular insurance for all other medical needs, such as lab work, imaging, and hospital care.

Dr. Luba Foltz personally manages every aspect of her patients' prenatal care. She sees each patient for all visits during pregnancy. She also personally handles the labor and delivery at the hospital. This model ensures you build a consistent, trusting relationship with your doctor from your first visit through postpartum care.

The practice schedules appointments for 60 minutes. This allows for thorough, unhurried discussions with Dr. Foltz. Patients experience minimal to no wait times. For urgent issues, the practice provides same-day or next-day appointments to ensure you receive timely care.

Dr. Foltz maintains an affiliation with the Swedish Medical Center First Hill campus. She performs all obstetrical deliveries and gynecologic surgeries at this location.
