The Integrative DPC membership runs $185 per month. That flat fee covers primary care, an annual wellness physical, up to 99 office visits per year, an initial Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation, an annual reassessment, discounts on supplements and services, and phone, email, text, and telemedicine access. Families receive a $35 per month discount for children and single parents with a child under 18 living in the same household. A one-time non-refundable initiation fee of $99 applies, with a maximum of $199 for families.

Reena MD contracts with Medicare and does not bill other insurance plans for membership fees. The DPC model keeps care direct between patient and physician, with no copays, prior authorizations, or third-party billing. Patients should maintain separate insurance coverage for hospitalizations, emergency visits, and specialist care.

Appointments average 37 minutes. Dr. Patel keeps her panel intentionally small so each visit stays relaxed and thorough. Same-day and next-day access is a core part of the membership.

Yes. Membership includes direct access to Dr. Patel by phone, email, text, and HIPAA-compliant telemedicine. Patients do not need to schedule an in-person visit for every question or concern.

Yes. Reena MD provides wholesale pricing on labs and medications as part of the membership. The practice maintains full cost transparency for pharmaceuticals, labs, and imaging studies so patients always know what they will pay.

Dr. Patel cares for patients across all life stages, from infants through geriatrics. The practice handles the full scope of primary care for the entire family, and family discounts are available through the membership plan.

The practice offers a wide range of integrative and wellness services. These include Ayurvedic consultations, Garshana lymphatic treatments, nutritional IV therapy, auricular acupuncture for weight loss, MIC injections, Fire and Ice facials, oxygen facials, facial PRP micro-needling, hair PRP injections, and plant-based cooking classes. Members receive discounts on many of these add-on services.

New members receive an initial Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation as part of their membership.
