LALIM Health does not accept insurance for the primary care membership. In most cases, Dr. Soto can use your insurance for medications, labs, and imaging. She also provides a superbill upon request. The practice recommends that members maintain catastrophic, PPO, or HMO insurance for specialty or hospital care, and can refer you to a free insurance specialist if needed.

Yes. LALIM Health requests a 3-month minimum commitment so Dr. Soto can address health concerns in a thorough, ongoing way. If you leave the panel and wish to re-enroll later, a re-enrollment fee applies, provided the panel has availability.

Yes. Dr. Soto provides care through in-office visits, virtual telehealth appointments, and home visits. Patients can choose the format that works best for their schedule and situation.

Membership covers adult and sports/school physicals, medical health coaching, menopause treatment, gut health optimization, hormone optimization and replacement, joint and muscle pain treatment, chronic condition management, dermatologic care (including acne, eczema, and skin lesion removal), longevity medicine, and preventive primary care. PRP injections are available for an additional fee.

Yes. LALIM Health opens ketamine therapy and breathwork journeys to both members and non-members. The Ketamine Journey costs $2,200 and includes a medical evaluation, a 4-hour journey, and a 30-minute follow-up. The Breathwork Journey costs $1,200 and includes a medical evaluation, a 3-hour journey, and a 30-minute follow-up.

Yes. Dr. Soto provides lower-cost prescriptions through wholesale pharmacies and offers discounted labs and imaging through partner companies. These savings are available to members as part of the direct primary care model.

Yes. LALIM Health warmly welcomes LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, people of all genders and identities, and neurodiverse adults. Dr. Soto offers hormone optimization for cisgender, transgender, and non-binary patients as part of her clinical services.

LALIM Health does not prescribe or manage long-term opioid medications for chronic pain. However, Dr. Soto does support patients with opioid use disorder through medication-assisted treatment. She collaborates with pain management specialists for patients who require opioid therapy, while continuing to manage their other medical needs.
