LALIM Health does not accept insurance for the primary care membership. In most cases, Dr. Soto can use your insurance for medications, labs, and imaging. She also provides a superbill upon request. The practice recommends that members maintain catastrophic, PPO, or HMO insurance for specialty or hospital care, and can refer you to a free insurance specialist if needed.
Yes. LALIM Health requests a 3-month minimum commitment so Dr. Soto can address health concerns in a thorough, ongoing way. If you leave the panel and wish to re-enroll later, a re-enrollment fee applies, provided the panel has availability.

The Ketamine Journey costs $2,200 and includes a medical evaluation, a 4-hour journey, and a 30-minute follow-up. Yes. Dr. Soto provides lower-cost prescriptions through wholesale pharmacies and offers discounted labs and imaging through partner companies. These savings are available to members as part of the direct primary care model.
