Red Cedar Direct Primary Care uses age-based pricing with no registration fee or contract. Adults under 50 pay $66 per month. Adults 50-64 pay $77 per month. Patients 65 and older pay $99 per month. Children and young adults under 23 pay $33 per month when at least one adult in the household holds a full-price membership. Families pay a maximum of $275 per month regardless of family size.

The membership covers all basic primary care in the office, including annual wellness exams, well child exams, sports physicals, school physicals, work physicals, chronic care visits, follow-up visits, basic office procedures, and treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries. Phone, text, and email communication with the doctors also comes included at no extra charge. Labs and prescription medications carry additional discounted fees.

Members use their insurance for everything outside the membership fee. The reference lab bills insurance directly for labs drawn in the office. Patients can also use insurance for specialist visits, radiology, prescriptions filled at outside pharmacies, hospitalizations, and surgeries. Red Cedar does not bill insurance for the membership itself.

Yes. Federal legislation passed in 2025 allows HSA funds to cover DPC membership fees beginning in 2026. The limits are $150 per year for individuals and $300 per year for families. Patients should confirm HSA eligibility details with their plan administrator.

Yes. The practice offers same-day appointments and makes the doctors available by phone, text, and email during evenings and weekends for urgent needs. Members can also request a home visit at a flat fee of $120.

No. Red Cedar requires no registration fee and no contract. Members may cancel at any time with 24 hours of written notice. The practice prorates and refunds the remaining portion of the monthly fee. A re-enrollment fee applies if a patient cancels and later rejoins.
