Members also receive a 24 business-hour response commitment by phone or secure text.

Yes. The Lifestyle Medicine Bundle is available to non-members for $582. It includes a 60-minute initial visit, mid-program and closing visits, an 8-week plan targeting conditions like diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and heart disease, a culinary medicine coach, a fitness coach, a spiritual care consult, a grocery store tour, comprehensive labs, and customized materials. Current members can add the bundle for $432 once per year.

Yes. Family & Lifestyle Medicine offers same-day and next-day appointments for urgent needs. Visits happen in the clinic, via secure video, or at a patient's home or workplace within the 20-mile service area.

Yes. The practice includes house calls within a 20-mile radius of Greater Lansing at no extra charge. House calls beyond 20 miles fall outside the membership scope.

The practice runs a range of free and low-cost community programs. These include the Lansing Plant-Based Supper every Wednesday at 5:30 PM at the Lansing Seventh-day Adventist Church, neighborhood cooking parties, fitness classes, health expos, health screenings, Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification, and chair massage training. The team also participates in the Revive Clinic at Michigan Campmeeting.

The Love Fund accepts donations to help patients who face financial hardship access clinic services. One hundred percent of every contribution goes directly to qualifying patients. Donors can request a tax-deductible receipt for their gift.
