Daisy Direct Primary Care offers tiered monthly pricing based on age and household. Adults ages 18 to 40 pay $80 per month. Adults 41 and older pay $95 per month. Students pay $60 per month. Couples pay $150 per month, or $180 if both partners are over 41. Families of up to four members pay $250 per month, with additional children added at $20 per month each.

The membership covers all primary care visits with no copays and no per-visit fees. Members also receive direct access to Dr. Korzecke by phone, text, email, and video. The practice dispenses medications at wholesale pricing directly from the office. Lab testing runs at wholesale rates through nationally-accredited labs. Lab costs fall outside the membership fee but carry no hidden charges.

Yes. Daisy DPC offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Dr. Korzecke prioritizes getting patients seen when they need it. Appointments run 45 minutes, giving patients real time to address their concerns without feeling rushed.

Yes. Dr. Korzecke sees patients virtually by video or phone. Members across Michigan can connect for many routine and urgent concerns without coming into the office. Direct messaging by text or email is also available between visits.

No. Daisy DPC accepts patients with or without insurance. The practice does not bill insurance for primary care services. Daisy DPC recommends pairing membership with a high-deductible health plan or a health-sharing program such as Sedera, Medishare, or Samaritan Ministries to cover costs outside primary care.

Yes. Medicare patients can join Daisy DPC by signing a waiver that acknowledges the practice does not bill Medicare for its services. Members can still use Medicare benefits for specialists, hospital visits, labs, and other care outside the practice.

Dr. Korzecke dispenses medications directly from the office at wholesale pricing. Members pay what the practice pays, with no markup. Common medications like metformin, lisinopril, omeprazole, and levothyroxine cost members a fraction of typical retail prices, and some patients find their medication savings alone cover a significant portion of their monthly membership fee.
