The standard individual membership at Reach Primary Care costs $99 per month and covers patients ages 0 to 64. A one-time $99 per household initiation fee applies. Senior Care is available at $130 per month and includes extended appointment times. The RenewED Health program for eating disorder recovery runs $250 per month. Procedures, labs, and medications beyond what the membership covers bill at cost with a small markup.

The membership includes unlimited office visits, 24/7 physician access, at-cost wholesale pharmacy pricing, unlimited procedures at cost, reduced-cost advanced testing, and personalized health optimization plans. Labs draw in-house and EKG and pulmonary function testing are included. Members also access low-cost imaging through the practice's contract with Colorado Springs Imaging.

Reach Primary Care operates outside of insurance for routine care. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees or standard visits. However, the practice welcomes patients with healthshare plans including Zion, Medi-Share, Christian Healthcare Ministries, and Sedera.

Reach Primary Care typically makes appointments available within 24 hours. Members also have 24/7 access to their physician and can reach the practice through secure messaging via Spruce Health. Same-day visits are available for urgent needs.

Dr. Finigan serves as volunteer medical director for the Open Bible Medical Clinic, a free clinic for the uninsured in Colorado Springs.
