Pearl Primary Care

Pearl Primary Care offers two membership tiers. An individual adult membership runs $150 per month. Two adults in the same household can join together for $250 per month. Neither plan charges an enrollment fee.

Membership covers longer appointments, annual physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, medication management, weight management support, and acute and sick visits. Members also get direct access to Dr. Degurse by phone, text, or email. Pearl Primary Care does not charge per-visit fees for included services.

Appointments typically run 45 minutes, with visit lengths ranging from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the visit type. That time allows for thorough conversations and a complete look at each patient's health.

Pearl Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership services. The monthly membership fee covers included care directly. Members may still carry insurance for outside needs like specialist referrals, imaging, or hospitalizations.

Many members use their Health Savings Account funds toward their Pearl Primary Care membership. HSA eligibility can depend on your specific plan, so checking with your HSA administrator before enrolling is a good idea.

New patients start with a Meet & Greet with Dr. Degurse. That visit gives you a chance to ask questions, learn how the membership works, and decide whether Pearl Primary Care fits your needs. You can request a Meet & Greet through the practice website.

Pearl Primary Care focuses on adult patients. Both the individual and two-adult membership options require members to be 18 or older.

Pearl Primary Care serves adults throughout Northern and Central Colorado Springs, including the University Village and Fillmore corridor communities.

Dr. Degurse provides direct access to members via phone, text, and email. Patients can reach her between visits for questions and urgent concerns without scheduling a formal appointment.
