Monthly fees start at $60 for college students, $105 for adults ages 19-39, and $115 for adults 40 and older. Children ages 1-18 pay $30 per month when enrolled with an adult member. A one-time registration fee of $125 per adult applies when joining. Monthly billing begins 30 days after enrollment. Active and retired military, law enforcement, and first responders receive a $10 monthly discount with proof of credentials.

Alpenglow does not bill insurance for primary care services. The practice provides a single billing code with the visit note twice annually, which members may submit to their own insurance for potential reimbursement. Most insurance plans except HMOs cover labs, consultations, and procedures ordered by out-of-network providers. Members should check directly with their insurer for details.

Alpenglow accepts patients who carry Medicare but does not bill Medicare on their behalf for membership fees. The practice cannot accept patients who have Medicaid. Members with Medicare pay the standard monthly membership and manage Medicare billing independently for any services that fall outside the practice's scope.

New patients can schedule a free Health Review through Alpenglow's website or by calling the practice directly. This no-commitment appointment lets prospective members learn about the practice and discuss their family's or employer's needs. Enrollment is available online and monthly fees begin 30 days after joining.

Membership covers all primary care needs with no per-visit fees. Members receive same-day or next-day appointments, visits of at least 30 minutes, unlimited appointment frequency, and direct access to Dr. Rogers by phone, secure text, and video. Labs are available at a low negotiated cost and prescription medications are available at cost. After-hours urgent care visits are also available when Dr. Rogers is available.

Yes. Alpenglow offers secure video appointments as part of every membership. Dr. Rogers can address many medical concerns and questions through video or secure messaging without requiring an in-person visit. This option saves time and helps members avoid unnecessary urgent care or emergency room trips.

Yes. The practice cares for patients from birth through age 80. Services for younger patients include newborn care, pediatric care, sports physicals, and circumcisions for infants under four weeks. Family plans are available, and children enrolled with an adult member pay $30 per month.

Yes. Alpenglow Family Medicine offers a business enrollment program with group pricing. Employers with fewer than 10 employees pay a $50 registration fee per employee. Employers with 10 or more employees qualify for waived registration fees and a flat monthly rate of $70 per employee. Dependents enroll at standard pricing.

Yes. Alpenglow offers lunch hour visits and before- or after-work appointments by prior arrangement. After-hours urgent care visits with Dr. Rogers are also available when he is available. Yes. Dr. Rogers is an FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner and HIMS AME. He performs First Class, Second Class, Third Class, BasicMed, and HIMS FAA medical exams at the Colorado Springs office. Pilots can contact the practice directly to schedule an exam. Cash discounts are available, and active duty or recently retired military personnel receive a $10 discount on exam fees.
