Both doctors conduct well child visits, sick visits, and minor procedures in the family's home. The practice handles same-day concerns, in-home testing for strep, flu, COVID, and mono, and minor procedures like laceration repair and foreign body removal. Well child visits cover emotional well-being, behavior, sleep, development, and screening for anxiety and depression. For families outside the Premium in-home service area, the practice offers an Office Membership. Milestone Pediatrics also operates Little Big Care, Colorado Springs' only mobile pediatric urgent care, serving non-members at home, hotels, vacation rentals, and offices.

The Premium membership costs $175 per month per child. That fee covers all well child checks in your home, unlimited sick visits by telemedicine or in-home, all in-home testing and minor procedures, and 24/7 direct access to your pediatrician. Labwork, imaging, prescriptions, and vaccines fall outside the membership fee.
Milestone Pediatrics does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice works directly for families, not insurance companies. You may use your insurance for labwork, imaging, and prescriptions. Vaccines are administered through VaxCare, which bills your insurance directly.

In-home Premium Membership eligibility varies by location. Families in areas outside the in-home zone may enroll in the Office Membership.
Yes. Either party may cancel with 30 days of written notice. Milestone Pediatrics charges no cancellation fee or penalty. If you prepaid annually, the practice reimburses you for unused months. Families who re-enroll after canceling pay a one-time $150 re-enrollment fee.
Milestone Pediatrics operates Little Big Care, Colorado Springs' only mobile pediatric urgent care for non-members. Little Big Care comes to your home, hotel, vacation rental, or office and also offers telehealth visits.
Yes. Your pediatrician administers vaccines during visits through VaxCare. VaxCare bills your insurance directly for vaccine costs. Members without insurance coverage may choose to be invoiced for vaccines or visit the local Health Department.
Yes. You may switch plans by written notice, and the change takes effect immediately. Milestone Pediatrics allows one plan switch per 12-month period. All children in your household must stay on the same plan.
No. Milestone Pediatrics currently has no waitlist for the Premium membership. Families can schedule a Meet and Greet video call with Dr. Carson or Dr. Sperando to ask questions and determine whether the practice is the right fit before enrolling.
