About

At Flying Horse Medical Center, Dr. Aaron Fraser and his team deliver family medicine, sports medicine, hormone therapy, psychiatry, aesthetics, and plastic surgery under one roof. Dr. Fraser founded the practice in Colorado Springs in 2013. Since then, it has grown to four physicians across two locations: Northgate in Colorado Springs and Monument, CO. The clinical team takes a collaborative, root-cause approach to care. Providers listen carefully, involve patients in decisions, and encourage lasting lifestyle changes. Dr. Dave Haight leads sports medicine and holds an extraordinary record as a three-time Olympic team physician. Dr. Millicent Odunze Geers brings Harvard and Duke training to a full plastic surgery and aesthetics program. Dr. George Juetersonke rounds out the family medicine team. Flying Horse also runs a medical weight loss program, peptide therapy protocols, and an on-site Metagenics supplement line. Both concierge membership and Direct Primary Care membership models are available.
