Dr. Ryan Finigan grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains of California and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine. He attended Temple School of Medicine in Philadelphia before completing his Family Medicine residency at David Grant Medical Center while serving in the United States Air Force. He later served as medical director for the Active Duty Medical Clinic at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.
