Call the practice for current membership pricing. The annual fee covers a broad range of services, including house calls, comprehensive physical exams, office visits, well child visits, annual female exams, blood draws, EKGs, audiometry, urinalysis, rapid strep tests, body fat measurement, some vaccines, and preventive health visits. Sports medicine appointments with Dr. Matthew Davis are also included in the fee.

Most insurers do not cover the annual fee at Park Cities Personal Physicians. Some patients have arranged for their employer to cover all or part of the cost, but each patient needs to contact their company directly to explore that option. You still use your insurance for labs, imaging, hospitalizations, and other outside services.

Dr. Sarah Davis has opted out of Medicare. Her annual fee does not fall under Medicare coverage. However, Medicare still covers lab tests, x-rays, and other outside services you may need.

Members receive Dr. Davis's pager number, home phone number, and email address. The practice offers direct physician access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When Dr. Davis takes vacation, she arranges for another physician to cover, and that physician maintains the same level of availability.

Yes. Dr. Matthew Davis, a board-certified internist and sports medicine physician, sees patients at the practice for sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries. These visits are included in the annual membership fee, so members pay no extra cost to access his care.

Park Cities Personal Physicians provides several in-office aesthetic treatments, including IPL Laser/Photofacial, Accent XL Skin Tightening and Body Shaping, Laser Hair Removal, and Pixel Facial Resurfacing. These services are available on-site for member convenience.

Dr. Davis coordinates hospital admissions with the help of a hospitalist. She stays involved to ensure the hospitalist has a complete picture of your medical history. She also helps patients and families understand what specialists and hospitalists communicate during the stay.
