Elle Medicine

Elle Medicine offers two membership tiers. The Foundation membership costs $10,000 per year. The Premier membership costs $15,000 per year. Both tiers cover all appointments and the annual bloodwork outlined in each plan. Additional bloodwork, pathology, or specialized testing goes directly to your insurance as it normally would through the third-party provider.

The Foundation tier includes a full annual exam with preventive labs and a Pap smear, complete gynecologic care, hormone management and optimization, quarterly visits, a customized health plan from a certified Dietitian, same-day or next-day access for urgent concerns, specialist coordination, extended appointment times, and quarterly access to the wellness and meditation suites. The Premier tier adds comprehensive annual micronutrient evaluations, a year-long dedicated Dietitian partnership, all-inclusive hormone pellet therapy with associated bloodwork, and expanded monthly wellness suite access.

Elle Medicine does not accept insurance or require copays for visits with Dr. Heintges. The annual membership fee covers all included appointments and bloodwork. When additional testing or specialized labs fall outside the membership, the practice bills those directly to your insurance through the third-party provider.

Yes. Members reach Dr. Heintges directly by phone, text, or email 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are no portals or extensions to navigate. This direct line of communication is included in both the Foundation and Premier membership tiers.

Yes. Elle Medicine offers same-day or next-day appointments for urgent concerns. The intentionally limited panel size allows Dr. Heintges to respond quickly when patients need immediate attention.

Dr. Heintges cares for women at every stage of life, from high school through menopause and beyond. The practice focuses exclusively on women and tailors its clinical approach to the unique hormonal, physical, and environmental factors that shape women's health over time.

You can start by scheduling a complimentary consultation with the Elle Medicine membership team. Because Dr. Heintges intentionally limits her panel, the practice reviews each prospective member to confirm the fit. Once accepted, you complete a brief enrollment process and pay your annual membership fee to reserve your spot. Founding memberships are now full, but Foundation and Premier memberships remain open.

You may use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account for certain eligible medical expenses at Elle Medicine. HSA and FSA eligibility depends on your specific plan and the nature of each expense. The practice recommends confirming eligible items with your plan administrator.

Yes. Dr. Heintges coordinates care with specialists when your health needs require it. She works collaboratively with your existing providers and connects patients to trusted specialists in Dallas when appropriate.

Elle Medicine sits at The Pyramids at Park Lane in Dallas, just minutes from NorthPark Center. The custom-designed space includes spa-like lounges, private wellness pods, and meditation and wellness suites. The practice plans its grand opening for Q1 2026.
