About
Dr. Michelle Heintges founded Elle Medicine to deliver concierge-level women's health care built on deep clinical knowledge and genuine personal investment in each patient. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School. She completed her OB-GYN residency at Parkland Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. That training launched more than 23 years in private practice in Dallas, most recently as a leading physician and partner at Advanced Women's Healthcare.
Dr. Heintges holds board certification in OB-GYN and carries the FACOG designation. Her clinical expertise covers hormone management and optimization, functional medicine, preventive care, and gynecologic care for women from high school through menopause and beyond. She approaches each patient by examining the interplay between physical, hormonal, and environmental factors that shape a woman's long-term health. Patients frequently describe her as someone who listens with intention and shows up with both integrity and humor. Outside the office, she travels, reads, and shares great meals with her husband Paul and their two daughters. A proud University of Oklahoma Sooner married to a Longhorn, she never misses the Red River Rivalry.
