Dr. Matthew Davis is a board-certified internist with additional board certification in Sports Medicine. He brings deep experience in athletic and team medicine, having served as team internist for FC Dallas from 2000 to 2005. He also holds a long-standing role as assistant team physician for SMU athletics and has provided event coverage for both the White Rock Marathon and the Golden Gloves competition since 1999.
Dr. Matthew Davis served as Assistant Clinical Professor in the UTSW sports medicine fellowship program in 2006 and 2007. He authored the "Expert Guide to Sports Medicine" for the American College of Physicians in 2005 and co-authored a published case report in The Physician and Sports Medicine.
