Harley Street Health

The membership fee covers annual physical and bloodwork, office visits, follow-up visits, phone calls, and virtual visits. It also includes sutures and other office-based procedures, COVID, strep, and flu testing, medications administered in the office, and 24/7, 365 access to Dr. Hollenshead by phone, text, and email.

The membership fee does not cover medication costs, diagnostic testing done outside the office, or procedures and treatments performed by other providers. It also excludes cosmetic services such as Botox and filler, bioidentical hormone pellet procedures, and hospitalization. Members who need outside services will receive coordination support from the practice.

Harley Street Health does not bill commercial insurance or Medicare. Dr. Hollenshead is not a Medicare provider, and the membership model is not compatible with Medicaid, HMO, or Tricare. Members who carry commercial insurance may choose to submit a claim form to their insurer for potential reimbursement.

Yes. Harley Street Health offers same-day appointments for its members. Because the practice limits its panel to a few hundred members, Dr. Hollenshead keeps availability open and eliminates the wait times common at larger practices. Members can also reach her 24/7 by phone, text, or email.

Yes, children can join as members as long as at least one parent or guardian holds a current membership. Harley Street Health does not stock pediatric vaccines, so the practice encourages families to also maintain a relationship with a pediatrician depending on the child's age and health needs.

Yes. Dr. Hollenshead offers virtual visits as part of the membership. Members can connect by phone, text, email, or video, giving them flexible access to care without requiring an in-office visit every time.

Harley Street Health offers a range of cosmetic injection treatments including Botox, Juvéderm, Kybella, and Voluma. Dr. Hollenshead also provides physician-grade skin care guidance. These services fall outside the standard membership fee and are available as separate treatments.

If a member faces hospitalization, Dr. Hollenshead works closely with the patient and the treating team throughout the stay. She helps ask the right questions, anticipates next steps, and coordinates follow-up care after discharge.
