Mobile MD

Mobile MD operates without a physical office. Dr. Jenkins travels directly to patients' homes or workplaces across the Louisville and Kentuckiana area. Members pay a fixed monthly or annual fee that covers a defined set of primary care services, and Dr. Jenkins handles visits in person, by phone, by text, or by video.

Membership includes yearly physical exams, routine blood work such as CBC, CMP, thyroid studies, HbA1c, and lipid panels, urgent care visits, in-person house calls, and direct communication via text, video, email, and phone. In-home screening tests for flu, strep, mono, and urinalysis are also part of the service.
