Premium Primary Care

Membership fees at Premium Primary Care follow an age-tiered structure. Ages 7 through 25 pay $100 per month. Ages 26 through 30 pay $125 per month. Adults 31 and older pay $200 per month. Each paid adult membership also includes one complimentary child membership.

Premium Primary Care operates on a direct membership model. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees. Patients pay their monthly membership directly and many find they spend less overall due to fewer urgent care and ER visits.

Yes. Dr. Mattingly stays on call after office hours for urgent or emergent concerns. Patients can reach him by cell phone call or text. For serious emergencies, he can call ahead to the ER to help prepare the care team.

Yes. The practice offers telehealth visits via FaceTime. Patients can also connect with the practice by phone, text, email, or through the EMR patient portal during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The practice handles a wide range of procedures in the office. These include EKGs, cortisone and trigger point injections, dermatological procedures such as excisions and cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, ingrown toenail removal with matrix ablation, nebulizer treatments, flu shots, B12 and testosterone injections, and ear irrigation. The practice also runs point-of-care labs in-house and sends detailed lab work through LabCorp.

The practice focuses on proactive preventive care to keep patients out of the hospital. When a patient does require inpatient care, hospitalists at local hospitals work alongside the practice. For emergencies, Dr. Mattingly can call ahead to the ER to help expedite a patient's care.

Yes. Dr. Mattingly offers bio-equivalent hormone replacement for postmenopausal women and testosterone therapy for men or women with confirmed deficiency. He also addresses weight loss with a personalized plan after a thorough discussion of each patient's health history and goals.
