About
At MDSeelig, Dr. Michelle Seelig runs a concierge family medicine practice built around a single guiding principle: small by design. She launched the Seattle practice in 2022 after twenty years in medicine, most recently at Bliss MD and Seattle Premier Health. Her goal was to serve a deliberately small patient panel, guided by evidence-based medicine and free from nonmedical administrative oversight. Dr. Seelig devotes as much time as each visit requires. She never books multiple patients per hour. Nurse Emma Nance answers the phone when patients call. Dr. Seelig stays available around the clock, with after-hours calls forwarded directly to her cell phone. The practice uses Spruce Health for secure messaging, email, and photo sharing. MDSeelig covers family medicine, preventive care, urgent care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and emergency advocacy, all under one monthly membership fee.
