MDSeelig charges a monthly membership fee of $307 per member. That fee covers all services in the office, over the phone, and via text, email, and video visits. It does not cover prescription medications, laboratory testing, or diagnostic imaging.

Yes. MDSeelig membership covers the primary care services described in the practice's Guide to Services, but it does not replace comprehensive health insurance. The practice encourages members to maintain separate insurance coverage for services outside the membership scope, such as lab testing, imaging, and specialist visits.

MDSeelig does not bill any insurance plan. The monthly membership fee covers all included services directly. For lab testing and imaging ordered by Dr. Seelig, the practice sends your insurance information along with the order so the lab or imaging center can bill your insurer separately.

Yes. MDSeelig offers same-day appointments for acute concerns. Patients can call the office, and nurse Emma Nance answers directly. The practice does not use a phone tree, and either Emma or Dr. Seelig responds to messages promptly.

MDSeelig uses Spruce Health as its communication platform. Members can send secure text messages, emails, and photo or PDF attachments through the system. Dr. Seelig and nurse Emma Nance both respond to messages. After hours, calls forward directly to Dr. Seelig's cell phone.

Yes. Video visits are included in the monthly membership fee. Members can also communicate with the practice by phone, text, and email, all covered under the same membership.

Membership covers family medicine, preventive care, urgent care, chronic disease management, care coordination, after-hours care, emergency and inpatient care advocacy, in-office testing and procedures, immunizations, venipuncture, durable medical equipment, and prescription management. Prescription costs, lab fees, and imaging are billed separately through your insurance.

MDSeelig is in the Denny Building in Seattle. The practice reserves two parking spaces for patients in the building's parking garage. The garage entrance sits just north of the main building entrance, and the reserved spaces are on the right past the office entrance door.

Yes. MDSeelig provides a range of childhood vaccines, including Tdap, Hib, Varicella, MMR, MMRV, rotavirus, DTaP, polio, their various combinations, and Gardasil. For adults, the practice provides the standard seasonal flu vaccine.
