Insight Primary Care

Insight Primary Care is not currently accepting new patients for primary care. The practice continues to welcome immigration physical appointments for those applying for visas or residency in Australia, Canada, or New Zealand.

Start by completing the Immigration Scheduling Form on the Insight Primary Care website. The office then contacts you by email to arrange your appointment. The practice books immigration physicals one to three weeks out, so plan your timeline accordingly.

Dr. Davidson holds authorized panel physician status for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Each country has its own exam types and fees based on applicant age and status. The office handles the medical examination only; for visa or immigration questions, contact the destination country directly.

No. Insight Primary Care cannot bill immigration physical fees through medical insurance. This applies to all three countries due to the terms of each panel physician contract. Fees cover the physical exam, x-ray, and standard lab work. The practice accepts cash, Mastercard, and Visa.

Cash-pay patients receive a $20 discount on most immigration physicals. Some exceptions apply, including exams for children under 11 and x-ray-only appointments. Ask about eligibility when you schedule.

All required x-rays must be performed at Invision Sally Jobe, the practice's contracted x-ray facility. Do not go to the x-ray facility before your appointment. Insight Primary Care provides the necessary documents at your visit before you proceed for imaging.

Insight Primary Care partners with Tekton Research, a clinical research organization that conducts Phase 1 through 4 trials. Dr. Davidson serves as Principal Investigator and oversees studies in areas including neuroscience, cardiometabolic health, and infectious disease. Patients interested in participating can view active studies through the Tekton Research website.

The Insight Primary Care phone line operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Office hours vary, so call ahead before visiting in person.

Current patients use Elation Passport, an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant messaging platform. The practice asks that patients send all health-related communication through Elation Passport rather than standard email or other channels.

Insight Primary Care offers family medicine, preventive medicine, mental wellness, and weight management. The practice also conducts immigration physicals and participates in clinical trials through its affiliation with Tekton Research.
