About
At Direct Osteopathic Primary Care, Dr. Brie Seefeldt built Denver's first DPC clinic combining osteopathic medicine with integrative care. She founded the practice in August 2016 and has grown it over nearly a decade into a comprehensive membership practice. Two locations now serve members: the main office at Lakeside in Denver and a satellite in downtown Parker.
The practice balances conventional medicine with alternative approaches. Members receive preventive, acute, and chronic care alongside hands-on osteopathic treatment and a suite of specialized wellness programs. These Healing Pathways programs cover brain health, heart health, hormones, gut health, and general wellness. The team also offers advanced diagnostics including body composition analysis, quantitative EEG, neurotransmitter testing, and Galleri multi-cancer screening. O. joins the team as a part-time osteopath, expanding hands-on OMT availability for members.

No. Direct Osteopathic Primary Care does not require contracts or long-term commitments. Members can cancel at any time. The practice designed the membership to stay flexible so patients join and continue because the care works for them, not because a contract holds them in place.
The monthly membership fee operates outside of insurance billing. The practice does not bill insurance for primary care visits. Many members pair the $99 membership with a high-deductible insurance plan for specialist or hospital coverage. The practice's transparent pricing on labs, imaging, and prescriptions helps members keep overall healthcare costs low.
The $99 monthly membership covers unlimited primary care visits including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management. Members also gain access to discounted labs, imaging, and prescriptions. Dr. Seefeldt opened the Parker location in early 2024 to serve the roughly 20 percent of members who live closer to Parker than Denver.
The practice offers a range of diagnostic tools beyond standard primary care. These include body composition analysis via the Seca BCA, quantitative EEG brain mapping, neurotransmitter testing, continuous glucose monitoring, HeartMath biofeedback, Boston Heart Diagnostics advanced cardiovascular testing, and the Galleri multi-cancer early detection blood test. Members can access these tools through the Personalized Health Assessments and Healing Pathways Programs.
