Yes. CCME provides 24/7 access to a concierge physician. If a problem arises outside business hours, your doctor is available by phone to advise you and coordinate any care you need.

Every patient receives an expanded laboratory panel covering blood counts, metabolic panel, advanced lipids, urine, and inflammatory and tumor markers. The exam also includes an EKG, pulmonary function testing, cognitive testing, hearing screens, and InBody body composition analysis. Patients 50 and older receive coronary calcium scoring, carotid ultrasound with CIMT, thyroid ultrasound, and abdominal MRI at no additional cost. Younger patients can access those advanced tests for a fee.

Yes. The practice offers video visits so members can connect with their physician remotely. Phone and email access are also available for ongoing communication between in-person appointments.

If you require hospitalization at Rose Hospital, your CCME physician participates directly in your care. If you end up at another facility, your physician stays involved through phone consultation and communicates with hospitalists, specialists, and your family throughout your stay.

Yes. With a combined 60-plus years of practice in Denver, the physicians at CCME maintain relationships with leading specialists across the city. The practice facilitates timely specialist appointments and communicates directly with those specialists on your behalf.

CCME includes an annual nutritionist consultation for all members. The practice also hosts nutrition webinars, cooking classes, and meditation and mindfulness workshops. Patients 40 and older receive a physical therapy or certified fitness specialist consultation at no additional cost. Younger patients can access that service for a fee.

Yes. The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test is available to members at an additional cost. Coronary CTA with Cleerly is also available at an additional cost for cardiovascular risk assessment beyond what standard testing covers.
