Adult memberships run $90 per month. Seniors 65 and older pay $80 per month. Children ages 2 through 17 pay $20 per month, infants from 1 to 24 months pay $35, and full-time undergraduate students pay $40. A one-time enrollment fee of $50 applies to individual memberships and $75 to family memberships. Enrolling children under 18 requires one accompanying adult membership.

Christian Healthcare Centers does not bill insurance for membership fees. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no copayments, deductibles, or per-visit charges. Many members pair their CHC membership with a high-deductible health plan or a health-sharing ministry for additional coverage.
