About

At Nova Direct Primary Care, Dr. Matt Falkiewicz and Dr. Nick Blank deliver family medicine to adults and children in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The two physicians co-founded the practice after training together as co-chief residents at Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners. Their tagline, accessible, affordable, transparent, reflects the three principles they built the practice around.

The practice name carries meaning: a supernova produces something brilliant and new, and that image guided their goal of rebuilding the physician-patient relationship. Nova serves patients from newborns through adults, with no copays and no surprise charges. Members reach their doctor by phone, video, text, or in-person visit, with same-day or next-day availability. Nova also dispenses medications at 10% above wholesale, offers cash-based labs starting at $5-$7 each, and includes most in-office procedures at no extra cost. Employers in West Michigan can partner with Nova to reduce overall health spending for their teams.
