About
Dr. Natalie Gentile is a Pittsburgh native from Mt. Lebanon with board certifications in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She graduated from St. Vincent College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before earning her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2014. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Mayo Clinic in 2017, then joined Mayo's Department of Family Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota as an attending physician through 2019.
Her experience at Mayo Clinic deepened her commitment to addressing root causes of disease rather than managing symptoms alone. She co-founded Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh with Dr. Kirsten Lin and opened Gentile Family Direct Primary Care in 2019. In 2023 she opened Rebel Wellness in Pittsburgh's East End, a lifestyle medicine-oriented space offering teaching kitchen classes, personal training, group fitness classes, and educational workshops. Dr. Gentile leads the Walk with a Doc Highland Park chapter, active since spring 2020, and serves on the Community Advisory Board for Carlow College's Occupational Therapy program. She currently accepts Lifestyle Medicine Consultations and is not taking new primary care patients.
