Wise Patient Internal Medicine

Wise Patient Internal Medicine has a flat membership fee of $149 per month. This fee covers all primary care services the clinic offers. It includes office visits, telemedicine appointments, and direct communication with your provider. With this membership, you will have no copays or deductibles for your primary care.

The practice does not accept or bill insurance for its membership fee. This model allows doctors to work directly for their patients, not insurance companies. You should still maintain a separate health insurance plan. This plan will cover costs outside of our clinic, such as hospital care, specialist visits, and surgery.

The practice offers same-day or next-day appointments for members with non-urgent concerns. This scheduling flexibility ensures you receive prompt attention. For urgent needs after hours, the on-call physician typically responds within one hour.

Our team provides comprehensive primary care for adults. We offer preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. The practice also provides specialized services, including gender-affirming care, geriatrics, and medical weight loss. On-site services include lab draws and select vaccinations.

The clinic staff performs blood draws on-site for your convenience. Your membership fee covers the cost of the draw itself. We send the specimens to LabCorp for processing, which then bills your insurance. For uninsured patients, the practice offers access to wholesale lab pricing through Quest.

Most of our physicians maintain a waitlist and accept new patients on a rolling basis. You can contact the clinic directly to inquire about current openings or to join a provider's waitlist. The staff can provide details on the new patient onboarding process.
