About
At Greenlake Primary Care, five physicians bring together family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and psychiatry under one roof in Seattle's Green Lake neighborhood. The clinic has served Seattle families for over 50 years, originally founded by Anna Chavelle MD in the 1960s. Current owner Tess Moore, MD led the practice's transition to a Direct Primary Care model in 2021, building on a decade of experience as Clinical Director at the Community Health Center of Snohomish County.
Each provider caps their panel at approximately 300 patients, allowing 30 to 60-minute appointments and same-day availability in most cases. The team holds a weight-inclusive philosophy: every patient in every body deserves compassionate, high-quality care. Beyond primary care, the practice runs a specialized eating disorder medical management program, active for over a decade, serving patients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating disorder. Members also access on-site lab services, an in-house dispensary at wholesale pricing, telemedicine visits, and a weekly virtual yoga class. Every provider on staff has earned Seattle Top Doctor recognition.
