Yes. Dr. Windsor offers OMT as part of her practice. Members pay $150 per visit. Non-members pay $190 per visit, with package rates available: three sessions for $540, five for $900, and ten for $1,800.

Yes. Dr. Windsor serves as attending physician for qualifying California patients who choose Medical Aid in Dying under state law. Her package rate is $3,000. That covers care coordination, ordering medications, filing all required paperwork, and deathbed presence unless the patient requests otherwise. She also accepts referrals specifically for this service.

Prospective patients can schedule a meet and greet with Dr. Windsor to learn more about the practice before enrolling. New members pay a one-time enrollment fee of $99 along with their first monthly membership payment. If a member cancels and later rejoins, the enrollment fee applies again.
