Adult memberships start at $99 per month. Children ages 0 to 17 pay $55 per month, and college students pay $65 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 applies per person, with a maximum of $200 for families. The practice does not accept insurance and charges no co-pays.

Members receive in-office visits, telehealth visits, and direct access by phone, text, or email. The membership covers annual wellness exams, sick visits, follow-up visits, and basic office procedures. Members also access laboratory testing, imaging, and medications at cost or wholesale prices. Services such as laceration repair, EKG, joint injections, skin biopsies, and nebulizer treatments are included.

Yes. Both physicians see patients from newborns through older adults. The practice offers age-specific pricing for children and college students to keep membership affordable across the whole family.

The practice is not currently accepting new patients. Prospective members can join the waitlist, and the practice reaches out as space opens. The panel intentionally stays between 400 and 600 patients to maintain a personalized experience for each member.

The practice does not bill any insurance company, including Medicare. Medicare patients sign a waiver every two years confirming that neither the patient nor the practice will directly bill Medicare. Members can still use their insurance or Medicare coverage for services received outside the practice, including specialist visits, hospitals, and any labs or imaging ordered by the office.

Yes. The practice offers telehealth visits for conditions suited to virtual care. When members need care at home, mobile IV services bring nurses directly to the patient. The practice also advises members on managing care when they are traveling and can coordinate with local pharmacies to send prescriptions remotely.

Beyond standard primary care, the practice offers IV vitamin therapy, peptide therapy, red light therapy, an infrared sauna, and a physician-led weight management program that includes InBody body composition scans and GLP-1 medications. Dr. Sara Whatley also performs FAA First, Second, and Third Class pilot physicals as a certified Aviation Medical Examiner.

Members pay dramatically lower prices for labs and medications. The practice passes along at-cost and wholesale pricing. For example, a medication that costs $400 through insurance may cost $50 here. Imaging that runs $600 through insurance costs around $55. Lab tests that insurers bill at over $1,000 can run $77 for members.

Yes. The practice asks for 30 days notice before cancellation. There are no long-term contracts. Members can cancel at any time without penalty beyond the non-refundable enrollment fee paid at signup.

Yes. The practice never shares patient records with insurance carriers or government agencies unless the patient specifically requests it or a legal obligation such as a subpoena requires it. Keeping records private is a core benefit of the DPC model.
