Adult memberships start at $99 per month for patients 18 and older. Children ages 0 to 17 pay $55 per month, and college students pay $65 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 applies, with a maximum of $200 for families. Thrive also offers specialty memberships: a Hormones, Weight Loss, and Peptides membership at $99 per month, and a Weight Management membership at $499 per month that includes physician consultations, InBody scans, GLP-1 medications, and a vitamin injection.

No. Thrive Medical & Wellness does not accept any insurance and does not bill insurance companies directly. The flat monthly membership fee covers primary care services. Members may still use their insurance for services outside the practice, including labs, imaging, and specialist visits. Check with your HR department or tax advisor about using HSA or FSA funds toward membership.

Standard appointments run 45 minutes. That time allows the physicians to take a thorough look at your health history, goals, and current concerns without rushing. Members can also reach the practice by phone, text, or email between visits.

Membership covers comprehensive primary care including annual wellness exams, acute and urgent care visits, sports and school physicals, gynecologic care, chronic illness management, EKGs, laceration repair, skin biopsies, joint injections, dietary counseling, exercise recommendations, and telehealth visits. Members also receive at-cost laboratory testing, at-cost imaging, wholesale medications, and discounts on IV therapy, aesthetic services, and red light therapy.

Yes. Thrive Medical & Wellness offers telehealth visits for members. Many conditions lend themselves to a phone or video consultation, and the physicians can send prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy when appropriate. Telehealth is especially useful when you need care while traveling or prefer not to come in person.

Thrive operates as a collaborative integrative wellness center. On-site services include red light therapy, IV vitamin therapy, massage therapy, infrared sauna, and peptide therapy. The practice also works with collaborators in acupuncture, herbal medicine, physical therapy, and personal training. Members receive a 10-percent discount on all IV treatments and discounted rates on red light therapy sessions.

Thrive offers a full IV therapy menu including NAD IV ($250), Hydration ($175), Myers Cocktail ($250), Immune Boost ($250), Migraine Cure ($275), Weight Loss ($275), and Iron ($225). Add-ons are available for $25 each. The practice also offers mobile IV services, with nurses traveling to the patient's home.

Yes. Thrive Medical & Wellness welcomes patients without insurance. The practice encourages everyone to carry some coverage for catastrophic events, but insurance is not a requirement for membership. As long as you pay the monthly fee, you can access all primary care services the practice provides.

If a member requires hospitalization, the Thrive physicians coordinate closely with the hospital team. After discharge, the practice arranges a follow-up visit to support a smooth transition and reduce the risk of readmission. Hospital and specialist costs fall outside the membership and require separate coverage.
