Washington Park Direct Care charges $90 per month for adults ages 19 to 54 and $100 per month for adults 55 and older. Children 18 and under join for $25 per month when an adult member also enrolls. Membership covers regular office visits, physical exams, chronic disease management, coordination with specialists, blood pressure checks, EKG, spirometry, hearing tests, and TB testing. The practice also offers CDL/DOT physicals, immunization titers, and wholesale pricing on labs, medications, and radiology. Labs, medications, and imaging carry separate wholesale fees but are not included in the monthly membership.

Yes. Washington Park Direct Care provides DOT physicals through the Quick Clinic at the same Colonial Drive location. DOT physicals cost $200 and require scheduling in advance. TB testing is available for $25. The Quick Clinic currently limits its services to DOT physicals, TB testing, and immunization titers.
