Vantage Physicians

Individual adult membership at Vantage Physicians costs $130 per month. Couples pay $234 per month, and children under 18 or full-time dependent students pay $55 per month. Families of four or more qualify for a flat rate of $355 per month. Patients who pay annually receive a 5% discount at the time of enrollment.

The monthly membership fee covers all in-office services with no co-pays or additional bills from the practice. This includes primary care visits, geriatric care, well-woman exams, physicals, vaccinations, joint injections, EKGs, pulmonary function testing, skin biopsies, and more. Outside services such as labs, prescriptions, imaging, and specialist referrals work through your insurance as usual.

Yes. Vantage Physicians requires a minimum three-month commitment for all new patients. After the initial three months, the practice bills automatically each month through your bank account or debit or credit card. Patients who prefer to pay annually receive a 5% discount.

The practice does not accept insurance for the monthly membership fee itself. However, your insurance still works for everything outside the office, including labs ordered through LabCorp, prescriptions, radiology, and specialist referrals. Most PPO-style plans are compatible. HMO plans that require you to designate a primary care provider on your insurance card generally are not.

Yes. You may use HSA or FSA funds to cover your membership fees. The fees may also qualify as a tax-deductible medical expense. Consult your tax advisor to confirm eligibility based on your individual situation.

All three physicians stay reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact your doctor through the secure patient portal or by phone after hours. Many routine concerns resolve quickly through a message or phone call, saving you a trip to the office.

Yes. The physicians make house calls within the service area when that setting best serves the patient. They also visit patients at St. Peter's Hospital and make nursing home visits. These services are included in your membership at no additional charge.

Yes. The practice offers secure telehealth visits by phone or video through the patient portal. Telemedicine works well for follow-ups, prescription questions, and many acute concerns that do not require an in-person exam.

Standard appointments run 30 minutes. When a patient needs more time, appointments extend up to 90 minutes. The practice also reserves same-day and next-day slots for urgent and emergent needs, so patients do not wait days to be seen.

Yes. The practice has more than a decade of experience working with firefighters and follows NFPA 1582 Section 6 guidelines. A firefighter physical includes a complete examination, written report, body fat analysis, grip strength testing, pulmonary function testing, EKG, risk assessment, hearing testing, and vision screening. The practice also performs Fitness-for-Duty Examinations for firefighters returning to work after illness or injury.
