Monthly membership fees range from $100 to $150 depending on your child's age. Children from birth to 23 months are $150 per month, ages 2 to 6 are $125 per month, and ages 7 to 21 are $100 per month. Families with multiple children pay a maximum of $350 per month regardless of how many children enroll. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per patient applies, with a family maximum of $200. Orca Pediatrics also offers limited financial assistance for qualifying families.

Orca Pediatrics operates as a cash-only practice and does not accept or bill insurance. Families pay a monthly membership fee directly to the practice. The practice accepts credit cards, debit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards. Families should maintain a separate insurance plan to cover hospitalizations, specialist care, and other high-cost services not provided within the practice.

The monthly fee covers well-child visits, sports and camp physicals, routine vaccinations, unlimited sick visits, in-office lab testing, telemedicine visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, and counseling on nutrition, sleep, behavior, and parenting. It also includes minor procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, and abscess drainage, plus coordination of care with specialists, therapists, and schools. Newborn members on the birth-to-23-months plan receive two postpartum home visits in the first month of life.

Yes. Members reach Dr. Huang directly seven days a week through a HIPAA-compliant app via text, email, or phone. After-hours and weekend appointments are available.

Appointments at Orca Pediatrics run 30 to 60 minutes. That extended time gives Dr. Huang room to address all of a family's concerns without rushing. Membership includes unlimited visits, so families never have to triage what they bring up.

Yes. Orca Pediatrics offers telemedicine visits for appropriate concerns. Newborn families on the birth-to-23-months plan receive two home visits in the first month after birth. These home visits let Dr. Huang meet newborns in a comfortable setting during the earliest days of life.
