Vialta Direct Primary Care

The standard membership at Vialta Direct Primary Care costs $300 per month, plus a one-time $150 enrollment fee. The first 20 patients who join receive a Founding Member Rate of $250 per month with the enrollment fee waived. There are no copays, no hidden fees, and no surprise bills.

Membership covers most primary care services, including office visits, same-day or next-day appointments when clinically appropriate, telehealth visits, secure direct messaging with Dr. Vityuk, and ongoing care coordination. In-office procedures such as EKGs, Pap smears, rapid testing for UTI, strep, flu, and COVID, and cryotherapy for skin tags and warts are also available to members.

No. Vialta operates outside of insurance billing. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers primary care services directly. The practice does not accept Medicare patients at this time. Members may want to carry a separate insurance plan or health-sharing arrangement for specialist visits, hospitalizations, or emergencies.

Yes. Vialta offers same-day or next-day visits when clinically appropriate. Members also have direct secure messaging access to Dr. Vityuk, which allows for timely communication between visits.

Yes. Dr. Vityuk offers telehealth visits as part of the membership. Telemedicine works well for many acute concerns, medication management, and follow-up conversations that do not require an in-person exam.

Vialta serves adults 18 and older. Dr. Vityuk designed the practice with a particular focus on women navigating midlife, hormonal transitions, perimenopause, and menopause. She also provides comprehensive primary care for chronic condition management and preventive health across all adult age groups.

No. Vialta is a Direct Primary Care practice, which means care runs through a simple monthly membership rather than insurance billing. The experience is personal and unhurried, but the DPC model is structurally different from concierge medicine, which typically bills insurance in addition to a retainer fee.

Vialta does not manage chronic pain with opioids, prescribe benzodiazepines, conduct long-term disability evaluations, or provide workers' compensation care or emotional support animal letters. The practice also does not use compounded GLP-1 medications or bioidentical compounded hormones. All treatments align with current evidence-based clinical guidelines.

Vialta opens in June 2026. Dr. Vityuk begins complimentary meet-and-greet visits in late May 2026. Founding Member spots are limited to the first 20 patients, so early enrollment secures the reduced rate.
