LL Integrative Life operates as an out-of-network provider. The practice does not bill insurance directly, but it provides a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. The practice also accepts HSA and FSA payments.

New patient visits require a deposit of 45% of the total visit cost. An initial consult deposit of $200 applies toward your future visit cost. The deposit covers the time Dr. Leong spends reviewing your questionnaire, labs, and medical history before the appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance carry the full deposit forward to a future visit within the same year. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows result in a $75 deduction from the deposit, with the remainder applied to a future visit within the year.

The practice does not contract with Medicare and cannot bill Medicare for services. However, Dr. Leong can order laboratory tests on your behalf through Medicare.

Yes. Follow-up appointments are available by phone, video conference, or in person. Dr. Leong also offers a free 15-minute phone consultation so prospective patients can determine whether the practice is the right fit.

Yes. LL Integrative Life requires all patients to have a primary care provider. Dr. Leong co-manages care alongside conventional physicians and communicates directly with them on your behalf. She does not prescribe or manage conventional medications such as thyroid or blood pressure drugs, but she collaborates closely with your physician when that care is needed.

The practice addresses a broad range of conditions, including gut-brain health, hormone imbalances, fatigue, sleep disruptions, IBS, GERD, food sensitivities, eczema, psoriasis, acne, PMS and PMDD, fibroids, endometriosis, brain fog, joint and muscle pain, insulin resistance, autoimmune disease, and cholesterol issues. Dr. Leong looks for root causes that connect seemingly unrelated symptoms.

Dr. Leong builds individualized plans that may include herbal therapy, nutraceuticals and supplements, osteopathic manipulative treatment, biofeedback, dietary changes, mindfulness, and lifestyle modifications. She also incorporates sound and light therapy, essential oils, and bioenergy modalities when appropriate. Patients receive access to a discounted supplements and herbal vendor.

New patients begin by completing an in-depth questionnaire and submitting prior lab results for Dr. Leong to review before the visit. Once those materials are submitted, the practice requests the $200 initial consult deposit.
